The objects of the charity are to advance the education of the pupils of the school for the public benefit by the provision of funds and facilities which are not required to be provided by the local education authority for education at the school but otherwise in such manner as the trustees shall from time to time decide. In this clause "the school" means Chuckery Primary School or any other school in the vicinity with which it merges or is otherwise reconstituted whether by operation of law or otherwise.
