Spring mini-adventure: Rocks - Children have been learning all about the rock cycle.

Spring mini-adventure: Stone Age - Children read the book 'The Stone Age Boy' and learnt all about what life was like in the pre-historic era.

Autumn mini-adventure: The Snowman - Children began their adventure by watching a video called 'Lily and the snowman'. In the video a snowman comes to life and tells stories by creating shadows on the fence. Children used this as a starting point to investigate light and shadows.
